We were on holiday over Christmas from London and our car broke down. The alternator belt and tensioner had broken and bolts from the crankshaft pulley had also been sheered off and found there way inside the engine. We were advised by the people who recovered our car that the damage to components within the engine was extensive and that there was no way we could hope to find someone willing and able to fix it in the two working days available before our journey back to London. Mick's Motors was the only place to take the job on. We had the car transported there at 3.30pm on the Friday and were able to collect it at 11am on Saturday (enabling us to leave for the ferry that night). I have been driving cars for 30 years and in that time the best customer service I have received was from Mick's Motors. I have never been more comfortable in recommending anyone.
